Peter Elmes

Area Manager Western Queensland

Peter Elmes is a third generation cattle producer who runs his own Breeding/Backgrounding property at Augathella in South West Queensland in conjunction with his wife and two kids.

He previously operated his own successful contracting and consulting business CowTek for ten years before joining Allied Beef at its inception in 2007.

In his role as Western Area Manager Peter has continued to build a loyal client base of forward thinking producers, backgrounders and processors through his extensive knowledge of marketing, cattle procurement and his passion for the beef industry.
