Sophie grew up on a cattle and cropping property in South West Queensland. She has worked in the industry in various forms, most recently in the feedlot sector. She has moved to Toowoomba in 2022 to join the team at Allied Beef.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Business (Agribusiness) from Marcus Oldham College.
